Visit to the pink Amazon dolphins

It happened during my expedition to the Amazon. I used to here with the Indians for few months at a time and developed my first orchid essences as well as the Amazon essence. During this trip, I had a very special encounter.

I wanted to produce a new Amazon essence. My Indian guide dropped me off at a small sandbank. The Amazon spread out in front of me, and right behind me was the shore that was dominated by an impenetrable thicket. I was standing up to my hip in the water working with the essence. Suddenly there was a rushing sound in the river. It had to be some kind of large animal that was coming right at me through the water. For a second, I thought it was an alligator or an anaconda that had not had its breakfast yet. But then something unbelievable happened: four pink Amazon River dolphins gliding through the water – two from the left and two from the right. And then they looked out of the water right in front of me. And I was still holding an empty bottle! This is how the essence of the pink Amazon River dolphins was born. Working with them was truly wonderful. I was full of humility and joy.

While I was producing the Amazon essence, I had already realised that this huge river system running parallel to the equator across South America looks like a giant tree of life connecting the northern and southern half of our planet. The Amazon River is like a trunk, while the thousands of tributaries are its branches and twigs. And this image exactly reflects the nervous system in our bodies. Our nerves run through the spine like a bundle, our own "equator", in the middle of our body. From there, they branch out to reach all parts of our body.

In the past, this image has been confirmed to me again and again through practice: users of the Amazon River essence reported to me that energetic blockades in their spine had disappeared.

However, our energy centres, the so-called "chakras", run along our body axis as well. The most important body chakra is the heart chakra, as it is connected to qualities of the heart like sympathy and love. Tropical rain forests have the greatest biodiversity of all regions in the world – there are more insect species living on a single tree than all over Britain and Ireland. Rain forests are our planet's centres of life and energy. That's why we can call them the chakras of our planet. The Amazon region is the biggest and oldest rain forest in the world. It therefore resembles our heart chakra in terms of energy.

The pink Amazon River dolphins, however, are the keepers of the Amazon region. Their essence establishes a link between us and the heart chakra of our planet. It opens up our heart, fills it with love and helps us to heal emotional injuries. Like all dolphins, the pink Amazon dolphins exhibit a playful lightness reminding us of our role as keepers of the creation on our planet.

The Indians of the Amazon River know a lot of stories about dolphins. In their myths, for example, there is a story about a dolphin becoming a beautiful man or a beautiful woman at full moon who enter the village to enchant the hearts of the young. In this way, the Indians try to express the unbelievable feelings of love and joy we have when encountering dolphins.

During my last trip I met a woman at the river. Her daughter had built up a very special relationship with the dolphins. One day, the little girl went fishing, but the dolphins came and snatched her bait off the hook. This happened again and again until a friendship between the child and the dolphins began to grow. In the meantime, ten wild dolphins have built up a truly close relationship with the girl and belong to the family. When I visited this family, I had the chance to swim with the dolphins in the river for the first time. It was an indescribably beautiful feeling, full of devotion, tenderness and love.
